Josh Ortiz BNU Certified Coach and Chief Operations Officer

 

Joshua consults and coaches corporate teams, millennials, and new or existing business leaders to activate and uncover their purpose so they can enjoy authentic freedom and realize their most effective selves.  Joshua has been a proven and established leader in various high-level leadership roles for 19 years.  Most recently, he serves as the key strategic consultant for a production senior leadership team, acting as the primary liaison for production and support partners, and driving consistent delivery for customers with a strict focus on performance, risk management, and action planning for over 600 team members of a Fortune 100 Banking Organization. 

 

His experience in various fields has afforded him a wide-range of knowledge of human behavior, community and team building, and the importance of statistical evidence.  Joshua can powerfully engage and impact communities and organizations through carefully evaluating operational functionality and identifying avenues to improve efficiency, engagement, and overall consistent execution.  

 

Joshua is a fanatic about Texas Tech Football, serving in his local community, several genres of music and spending time with his bride of over 8 years in Dallas, TX. 

 

As the first certified coach of Brand New U Coaching, Joshua spent a year training and learning how to apply the basic principles of the Brand New U Coaching system that propelled him to reach his personal and career goals.

Combining his previous professional and executive leadership skills along with the framework of the Brand New U Coaching system, Joshua joins Brand New U as a coach as well as the COO and Chief of Staff with a focus to grow and expand the coaching network, enhance the overall client experience, and develop a consistent approach to further advance the organization’s branding.
